Don't judge a book by its cover. This 1963 Chevy Belair Wagon may have a few bumps and bruises but this is the kind of car that you can spend lots of money on and maybe come out ahead. This non-running project car needs complete restoration. Check out all the pics at govmoco.com. The pics tell the story. The floor boards and trunk area are pretty solid, with the exception of the drivers floorboard. It has some body rust and dent/dings but it's worth fixing. I think I'd replace the stuck straight 6 cylinder with a 350, replace the brake system, add some wheels and tires, drive it, and slowly repair the body. "Long Roofs" are very popular right now. At $3,500, you've got lots of room to spend.
